Jordan was one of thousands of kids who entered our Foster Care system from birth. Had he not been put in Ingeborg McIntosh’s care, his life might have turned out completely different, but luckily he was and it was love at first sight. Recently though, Ingeborg was diagnosed with polycystic kidneys and knew she would need a transplant, but unbeknownst to her, her son already got himself tested to find if he was a match.
