Step 1: Take a length of inner tube out of any old bike
Step 2: Attach it to the victim car’s exhaust
Step 3: Laugh immaturely

It will make a car sound like someone with the worst case of diarrhea in the world. As someone who enjoys a good fart humor (remember this?), I find this hysterical. I would recommend targeting a person with an expensive car, possibly turbo charged because if there’s something funnier than farts – it’s turbo farts.
