This guy and his friend were driving home at 3 a.m. when they saw a childlike figure in the middle of the road. At first they thought it was too crazy to be real but when they came closer they saw it was indeed a little girl walking alone and without a jacket. They shared a video rant criticizing her parents on Facebook and now it’s going viral.
