You’ve probably never heard a story of a dog whose life was saved by a groomer, but that’s exactly what happened to Charlie here. When he was rescued off the streets, he looked terrible. His hair was entangled with painful burrs and he wasn’t really the first pick for adoption. Unfortunately for Charlie, this shelter gave him only a week to get adopted or else he would be euthanized.
