If you’re a regular visitor of DailyLiked, you’ll remember a story of a kind woman who sent off thousands of soldier to Iraq and Afghanistan and welcomed them back with one gesture everyone can understand – a simple hug. The Hug Lady as the troops affectionately named Elizabeth Laird has been spreading love for 12 years but what most of these soldiers didn’t know is that for the most of that time she’s been fighting her own war.
Recently Ellie has been admitted to the hospital and when I saw what these guys did, it made me cry. That woman is a saint.
