The couple have been married for 73 years and they never stopped loving each other, so when the time came to bid each other farewell, they did it their own way – with a song.

As he caressed his wife’s face, Howard started singing the same song she sang to him when he was leaving to fight in World War II. I cried watching this video, but actually it’s the most beautiful thing in the world. Howard and Laura are happy to have had each other for so long.
