She Missed Her Astronaut Dad, So She Sent Him A Message He Could See From Outer Space

How cool is this? This girl sent a message to her astronaut dad using the planet’s surface itself as a piece of paper.

Having an astronaut dad is awesome, no doubt about that, but it’s a high risk job, he’s away for long periods of time and it’s not like his office is around the corner. He works in outer space. So this girl teamed up with a car manufacturer to help her deliver a very personal message to her dad. In order for him to be able to read it, the message had to be the size of a small town, so instead of a pencil they used bunch of cars to write on the flat desert sand. Probably the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.
