I bet these six boys have been mistaken for girls a lot because of their unusually long hair, but the reason they let their locks grow had nothing to do with their style preferences.

Along with their mom, the brothers avoided the hair stylist for two years before finally deciding to chop it all off for a good cause. 17 feet of hair had been cut that that and all of it have been donated to charity in memory of a family friend who passed away from cancer. The kids say they’d do it again but this time with their 2 year old sister who couldn’t join them this time because her hair wasn’t long enough.
