In mid January Morgantown, West Virginia was covered in such deep snow that many WVU basketball fans had to miss the important game. Unfortunately, the person who was scheduled to sing the national anthem couldn’t make it either, so the organizers did what anyone would do, they asked University Police Officer to do it.
Granted, Lady Gaga did an amazing job performing the Star-Spangled Banner at Super Bowl, but you kinda expect that from a multiple Grammy winner. When Carlton Banks grabbed the mic before this game, the audience listened in awe.
