Aleena Kondek knew her prom would be an emotional one without her dad being there. Officer Charlie Kondek was killed in 2014 and that’s when the entire Tarpon Spring Police Department made a promise to be there for his daughter, no matter what.

They’ve been keeping their promise for 2 years, calling and texting Aleena regularly, making sure she was OK, but on the evening of her prom, no one, not even herself expected them to do THIS.
