Ever since she was in high school Audrey Shook knew she wanted to adopt a child. Getting pregnant and being a mom to her biological children only put that idea on hold, but today this amazing couple can’t hold back the emotion because their new soon-to-be daughter Lucy is coming all the way from China.

6 year old Lucy was part of the incredible program that helps the “unwanted” Chinese orphans with disabilities find their home in the United States. From the moment the Shook family saw Lucy who has a Down Syndrome, they knew she was the one and immediately began the adoption process.
