Ashton Kutcher’s social media organization A Plus had random people do just that, put a number on how successful they think they are, but there was a twist… After they gave their answers they asked their loved ones to rate them as well. While our own ratings reflect our ambitions and self-criticism, it’s how others see our success that shows the real picture. After all, success is not only your job position and bank account balance, it’s so much more than that.
