This Bridge Is So Scary People Have Panic Attacks When Driving On It

Designing a bridge is no easy task, you have to think about the cars above and the ships that need to pass under it. They span hundreds of yards and on top of it all they need to look good. So how did the designers of this bridge in Japan handle those problems? They built a giant arch instead of a bridge.

Its incline is so steep people describe the feeling of riding over it as similar to riding a roller-coaster. As you approach it, it appears as if it goes almost vertically and gives an illusion as if it drops straight into the water. We showed you this Norwegian bridge, but the Japanese have taken it to a whole new level.
