The start of the spring break could have been better for this boy. It was raining, he was in a hospital scheduled for a surgery and his dad was thousands of miles away. Still he was bravely waiting in his room for the doctors to finish all the necessary preparations.

However, unbeknown to him, his day was about to become just a little bit better. The weather is still going to be bad and the surgery is still going to happen, but one car with a special passenger just pulled over in front of the hospital.
