They Look Like Normal Mom And Daughter. But If You Look Closely, There’s Something Different About Them…

Dorothy Hohl has brittle bone disease (osteogenesis imperfecta), which causes the body to produce too little collagen making the bones brittle and easy to fracture. When she got pregnant 20 years ago, doctors told her that she had 50/50 chance of passing this gene to her daughter, but she still moved forward with her pregnancy.

And indeed, her daughter was born with the disease, but over the past 2 decades Savannah has grown into a capable and ambitious college student.

Watch this mother-daughter duo go through life with an incredible amount of confidence and grace. This is so inspirational!
